Services Provided

Apex Washington Fencing provides professional fence installation, repair, and replacement services throughout Washington, UT and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Fence installation for residential and commercial properties
• Fence repair and replacement services
• Wood, vinyl, chain-link, and aluminum fencing
• Pool fencing installations
• Custom fence design and consultation

Estimates and Quotes

We provide free, no-obligation estimates for fence installation and repair projects. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may be adjusted if project scope changes or unforeseen conditions are discovered during installation.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept various payment methods, which will be specified in your contract. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your service agreement.

Permits and Regulations

While we assist with permit applications, you as the property owner remain ultimately responsible for ensuring all necessary permits are obtained. We will work to ensure installations comply with local building codes and HOA requirements when applicable. Any delays or costs resulting from permit issues beyond our control are not our responsibility.

Property Access and Preparation

You agree to provide clear access to the installation area and to mark the locations of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden infrastructure on your property. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or obstructions not disclosed prior to installation.

Warranties

We stand behind our workmanship and offer warranties on our installations. Material warranties are provided by manufacturers and vary by product. Specific warranty terms will be included in your project contract. Warranties may be voided by improper maintenance, alterations by others, or damage from external causes.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for consequential or incidental damages. We maintain proper insurance coverage and will address any issues resulting from our work promptly and professionally.

Project Changes and Cancellations

Changes to project scope must be requested in writing and may affect pricing and timeline. Cancellation policies will be outlined in your service contract. Deposits for cancelled projects may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has begun.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Washington County, Utah, in accordance with Utah law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
